To the Principals of Padua and Mt Alvernia. It is not often that feedback is provided other than when it is a complaint. Well here is a different story and I was so impressed that I was compelled to write to you. I wanted to provide some feedback on the publication of the FOTH directory which I recently used to obtain the services of two trade people (electrician and plumber). The two trade people that I sourced through the directory was Gerrard Kerr Plumbing and Powerzone Electrical. Both were extremely efficient and even better arrive earlier than they said they would. And the price was just as good. I even had the requirement to ask another question about a different work after the first job was done that I was looking at doing and was given sound advice and guidance If this is the level of service provided by all the businesses listed in the FOTH directory I would implore everybody to use this directory. I know I certainly will be retaining a couple for future services as well as recommending these two business to my family and friends. In fact I have already referred to my neighbours who then got in touch and they also were extremely happy with the service provided. Well Done.
